Arlene started with Bloethe, Elwood & Buchanan in 2012. She graduated from A.I.B. Business College in 1983. Prior to being employed by the firm, Arlene worked at Victor State Bank for 23 years.

 

Arlene lives on a family farm outside of Victor, IA with her husband, Jerry. They have two children with spouses, Kallie & Ryan and Preston & Katie. They have three grandchildren, Levi, Emma and Paisley.

Nyla was employed by Bloethe, Elwood & Buchanan beginning in 2003. Prior to her employment with the firm, Nyla held various positions in retail management and in the banking industry. She is a graduate of Hawkeye Tech n/k/a Hawkeye Community College.

Nyla has been blessed with an amazing family: Ben and his wife, Taylor, and their sons Ty and Tate; Nic and his wife, Katherine; and Maggie and her dog, Finn.

Jen started at Bloethe, Elwood Buchanan in 2024. Prior to working at the firm, Jen held a position at one of our local banks, she also worked at a convenience store as an assistant manager.

Jen lives in Victor. She enjoys being a wife, and mother to two boys, Jordan, and
Jonah.
